GPK Series pneumatic pipe end preparation beveling machine cold cut air power

GPK series internal expanding pipe cutter is a light cutter. It is designed for beveling of pipes, the diameters of which are Φ28~Φ360mm. This groove cutter adapts air motor as power. It is internal expanding and flexible. It is easy to operate it. The new design concept and excellent performance make it is advanced. This machine can do pipe groove cutting and flange cutting. Regardless of wall thickness, this machine has irreplaceable advantages in processing performance and efficiency compared with traditional crafts.

Horizontal motor position model GPK-28 and GPK-80 outline.

1. Brace: To control the expansion of fastening block.

2. Locking nut: Revolve the nut to lock nut to make the fastening block expand. It can fix the machine to pipe.

4. Feeding wheel: To revolve it to achieve feed or retract.

5. Body

6. Cutter head：Equip cutter blade to cutter head.

7. Fastening block：Choose a suitable fastening block according to the internal diameter. Fix the machine to internal wall of pipe by brace.

9. Fastening screw：The fastening screw and nut are used to fix the axis of fastening block.

10.Hand knob：Hold it to carry the machine.

11.Blade：You should choose a suitable blade according to angle of groove.
